Begin with Systems Mastery for Owners, which will give you a clear understanding of how 500 Systems™ works and how to roll it out in your business. Once you’ve completed this course, you’ll be ready to introduce the program to your staff with clarity and direction.

After that, it’s the perfect time to involve your team in the Systems Mastery for Teams training. This session helps them understand the value of systems, how to use 1Brain confidently, and how they can contribute to building a stronger, more consistent business.

Most business owners run this as a team learning session, either in person or over Zoom. It creates excitement, alignment, and shared accountability right from the start.

By completing your training first, then guiding your team through theirs, you’ll ensure everyone is on the same page and ready to implement systems together.
