Can I embed my own documents into 500 Systems™?

Yes, you can, and it’s very simple to do. To make things easier, we recommend storing all your documents in a cloud-based platform such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or similar. This allows you to easily manage access permissions and control who can view or edit each document. Once your sharing settings are in place, you can either insert hyperlinks directly into your Systems or embed the documents within 1Brain™ so they’re visible right inside the page. This keeps everything neatly organized and accessible in one place—making it easier for your team to follow, reference, and act on important information without switching between platforms.
